Cancellation Policy

Credit card details are required to secure all ap­pointments Clients who wish to cancel or change appointments are kindly requested to do so 24hrs before hand or the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive l5mins before your treat­ment time. so we can check you into the spa so you benefit totally from the relaxation time with us.

Lateness

We regret that if you are late your treatment time will be reduced . If you are more than 15mins late we will treat this as a cancellation and full payment will be taken.

Important

It is important as a client you inform us of any medical conditions or early stages of pregnancy or allergies when booking appointments. As you may be contraindicated to certain treatments and in do­ing so will avoid disappointment.

• Spa packages and individual treatments are subject to availability and therefore need to be reserved with credit card details.
• We advise pre-booking any treatments required prior to your spa day to avoid Disappointment.
• Please note that refunds are not available for spa package bookings or gift vouchers purchased.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Persons aged 13-16 yrs are limited to certain treatments.
• We reserve the right to replace treatments and products no longer available. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions with out notice. We reserve the right to decline treatments If contra-indications occur.
